Townhome Development at 330 Woodroffe Ave.

328-332 Woodroffe Avenue is a planned unit development of five townhomes across from Carlingwood Shopping Centre. There is no issue with the density of this development, however it was brought to the attention of the community association that the original height of the townhomes exceeded the allowable limit.

The immediate neighbours expressed concerns about this. The community association liaised with the with the Building Code Services Branch as well as Mark Taylor at the City of Ottawa regarding this. The deveoper subsequently reduced the height of the development to bring it into complicance.
