Proposed Zoning Change to 348 Woodroffe Ave.Dr. Hossan Lokhat operates a medical practice in a semi-detached home located at 348 Woodroffe Ave., near Carling. Although the property has residential zoning, Dr. Lokhat has been granted exemptions to operate the practice on a temporary basis since 2004.
