Dental Clinic and Apartments at 506 Richardson Ave.

The commercial building at 506 Richardson Ave. (at Carling) is being extensively revamped. When no building permits were visible at the site, the community association contacted the City of Ottawa to make basic enquiries.

The building will consist of two apartments on the top floor and a dental clinic on the main floor.

The community association has no issue with zoning on the site.

The community association is happy to see the building being renovated, but does have some concerns with parking. It is questionable whether or not the current amount of parking spaces will be sufficient for the two apartments and dental clinic. The community assocation has requested to look at the site plan to get more detailed information.
