Woodpark Pumpkin Tour
Get your carving tools ready. Below are the instructions on how to participate.

Fill out the form below. Alternatively, send an email to Woodpark.events@gmail.com that contains your name, address and if you would like, share a bit about your pumpkin carvers.
Register before October 29th to ensure that your pumpkin will appear on the tour map below
Carve your pumpkin
Get a pumpkin and carve away. Pumpkins will be sold in New Orchard Park On Saturday October 23 from 10:00am – 2:00pm. Price will be $5. We will have 50 pumpkins. Last year they sold out quickly so get there early.
Your pumpkin should be ready to be displayed by October 30. Once your pumpkin is carved email to woodpark.events@gmail.com a close up picture of your pumpkin and if you wish, send a second picture of your pumpkin along with your carvers or an action shot of the actually carving process. Additionally, name your pumpkin and describe the fun you had carving it. Both pictures will be posted to www.woodpark.ca.
Place your votes
Voting will be opened on October 30th and close at 2pm on October 31st. All pumpkins will compete in three categories, Scariest, Funniest, Most Original and Best Decorated House. Take the pumpkin tour using the map on the website or just view the pumpkins on the website. Voting will be done by online at www.woodpark.ca. Only one set of votes per email address will be counted so don’t send more than one email. However every member of your family with a unique email address can vote.
Use the voting button on the voting page (only available when voting opens). These buttons will create an email to us. Please include your street name in the email as we have to ensure that we can differentiate the votes from outside Woodpark. Votes from outside Woodpark will be capped at 25. This is to prevent anyone from trying to make the contest a viral event. It is meant to rally community spirit and raise the profile of Woodpark. Votes will be tallied on Halloween morning and winners will be informed by 2pm.
